eSpace solar O&M company provides the following services:
Preventive Maintenance Services
1. Inspection of the plant
2. Monitoring of the plant (optional)
3. Cleaning of PV modules (including detection of broken or cracked modules)
4. Measurements and checks of the PV modules arrays by measuring annually electrical characteristics
5. Inspection of the mounting structure (corrosion , signs of damage etc.)
6. Sampling check of the clamps on the mounting structure.
7. Check of the tightening points of the grounding and inspection for potential corrosion.
8. Inspection of the installed lightning protection (if applicable).
9. Sampling measurements of grounding continuity.
10. Measurement of the insulation resistance (Riso) of the cables on string level.
11. Inspection of DC & AC boards , (if needed using anticorrosive protection and cleaning the inside of the boards.)
12. Check all DC fuses and replacement of the burned ones.
13. Maintenance technical report recording all performed maintenance works and comments about the PV plant situation.
Corrective Maintenance Services
eSpace will provide corrective maintenance services depending on the status of each fault of the system:
1. Checking MV substation , DC side, AC side and inverter’s error and justification of the cause of the problem.
2. Identification of the reason of a malfunction and suggestion of ways to resolve it.
3. Optimizing system’s performance in a case of performance deviations by suggesting specific solutions.
Thermography
Thermography of the equipment and the cabling of the installation by using thermal camera if necessary or in a case of a problem have been reported earlier in the installation.
Reporting & Planning
1. Monthly or Annual reports of the PV plant’s performance and list of the occurred errors in the installation.
2. Annual KPI reports of the PV plant’s incidents failures and production loss.
3. O&M plan for the upcoming year.
Solar panels washing
The washing of solar panels has to be performed with deionized water, without the use of chemicals , operated professional light PV brushes with natural bristles.
All damages as a result of the washing will need to be compensated by the us.
Furthermore, the washing is done according to standard practices.
